Introducing Inner Alchemy Studio: A New Chapter in Embodied Transformation

I've been holding this close to my heart for months. And now I'm finally ready to say it out loud.

After merging my marketing agency in September 2025, I cleared space for what's been calling me for years. Inner Alchemy Studio is my coaching practice for high-achieving women who are done following a playbook that wasn't written for their bodies, their systems, or their truth.

In this week's episode of Unapologetically Yours, I'm sharing the full story.

This isn't just a business launch. It's the culmination of years of walking through the fire. Building a multi-seven figure agency with over 30 employees while raising three kids, hitting burnout in 2020, and finding my way back to myself through somatic healing, breathwork, sound healing, and equine therapy.

I founded my agency in 2012 because I wanted freedom. I wanted to be my own boss. And I built something truly incredible. A strategic content marketing agency that worked with brands all over the world. But I was also carrying the weight of a massive payroll, people's expectations, and all the decision-making. I loved it. And it was also really challenging.

By 2020, I realized: holy shit, this is a lot. I knew that whatever was going to come next for me, I needed to repair myself first. I needed to reconnect to my body, my intuition, my instincts, and all the things that make me great. The things I had sidelined based on a rulebook someone else told me to follow.

What I discovered along the way changed everything.

Somatic tools and practices (breathwork, sound healing, gateless writing, my deep connection to nature and spirituality) helped me get really, really clear about what was true for me. And as I was navigating those waters, I realized how many other women were just like me. Fighting burnout. Trying to raise kids and make an impact. Doing it all by a playbook that wasn't written for women or women's bodies.

The pace of a woman is reflected by the moon, a 28-day cycle. The masculine operates on a 24-hour cycle. Women need space to recharge, to think, to be inspired, to feel - and none of that is reflected in our patriarchal system. I believe it causes chronic illness in women. It leads to burnout and disconnect, and it harms men just as much as women.

So I started adopting these practices not just for myself, but to bring them to other women. I spent years getting certifications, hosting workshops and retreats every single month, and learning how to facilitate this work. Not as someone better, but as someone who had walked through it and could be a friend, side by side, for whatever you're navigating.

In September, I handed over the keys of my agency. And now I'm stepping fully into what's next.

Inner Alchemy Studio is about transmutation.

It's about taking all of the good, the bad, the trauma, the beauty, the joy, the pain, the sorrow and holding it all as a whole person perspective. Because all parts of you are beautiful. All parts of you are deserving of being seen. And there is only one big beautiful you in this world.

I believe it is my job on this planet to help women remember who the fuck they are. To help you connect with your deepest truth, your passions, so that you feel seen and supported.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • The weight of building a business by masculine rules and the toll it took on my body

  • My journey through burnout and back to myself through somatic practices

  • Why women need a different pace that honors the 28-day cycle

  • The moment I realized my purpose was to be the mirror for other women that I never had

  • What Inner Alchemy Studio offers: one-on-one coaching, breathwork, sound healing, equine therapy, retreats, and cohorts

  • Why transmuting all parts of yourself creates wholeness

My Key Takeaways:

  1. Women need a playbook written for their bodies and pace.
For so long, I was trying to build and lead by masculine rules - the 24-hour grind cycle that doesn't account for women's 28-day lunar rhythm. Women need space to recharge, think, feel, and be inspired. When we don't honor that, it leads to burnout and disconnect.

  2. Inner alchemy is about transmuting all of it into wholeness.
The good, the bad, the trauma, the beauty, the joy, the pain, the sorrow - all of it gets transmuted into a whole person perspective. Because all parts of you are beautiful. All parts of you deserve to be seen. There is only one big beautiful you in this world.

  3. High-achieving women need mirrors, not gurus.
Growing up as a high-achieving woman, I didn't have a mirror. I had women who were striving to be like men in how they worked. I realized how much I needed that mirror of someone fully embodied in their home life, work life, and what they wanted to create. It's my purpose to be that mirror for others.

  4. There is so much room for your dreams without the burnout.
We spend so much time second-guessing ourselves, our bodies, our ability to foster change. But we have a choice. We get to find our own power, our own inner truth. And there is so much room for your dreams in this world - without the burnout, without the self-doubt.

This announcement feels like the culmination of years of growth, learning, and stepping into my purpose. I believe it is my job on this planet to help women remember who the fuck they are. To help women connect with their deepest truth, their passions, so they feel seen and supported.

When you decide to step down the path of growth and more self-awareness and self-agency, it's amazing how the teachers and wayfinders suddenly show up for you. And if the words I've shared in this episode resonate with you, I'm here to help support you in whatever you're going through and navigating.
