I’m so happy you are here.

I’m Ashley. I’m a mother, daughter, sister, seeker, founder and instigator.

I’m a poet, painter, music-maker, dreamer, and storyteller.

An Enneagram 3 (or 4 or 7?), a blend of earth and fire energy — Sagittarius Sun, Virgo Moon & Capricorn Rising — and a Manifesting Generator in Human Design. More than any of these things, I have a passion for the human experience and holding people’s hands as they find the same.

After building the marketing agency I founded to a multi-seven figure business, while having three kids in rapid fire, I realized that the company I had started for freedom, became my chains. Instead of listening to my intuition, I was leaning on society’s expectations of what success looked like. And I burned out.

And then I let it all burn down so that I could rise from the ashes.

I needed to unpack the conditioning and figure out again what was MINE. I had to reclaim my voice. I had to reset my nervous system. I became more present. I found joy.

Now, I am a transformational guide, energy worker, breathwork facilitator, sound alchemist, reiki practitioner and facilitator who loves to support people as they reconnect with the best parts of themselves.

I want

this space to feel like a safe space and a mirror where you can see your true self, as a whole-ass person. I was born to serve the greater good and strive to create spaces where you feel deeply held, witnessed, supported and like you can be your authentic self.

I wish

to support you because I know first hand how easy it is to lose yourself—whether that’s in motherhood, career or entrepreneurship. Being in alignment with yourself, knowing what you want and who you are is the gateway to a more loving human collective. 

I hope

you feel inspired by my words, my honesty and my drive. Approachability is huge to me and I view everyone I meet as an equal. We are in a new age of Aquarian leadership and it’s time to change the paradigm and it all starts with us.
