The most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself.
The Inner Alchemy Method is a mind-body-spirit framework for rebuilding—and strengthening—
the relationship with yourself.
We spend years learning how to function in the world while receiving very little instruction for how to remain connected to ourselves inside of it.
We learn how to achieve, contribute, care for others and become the people the world needs us to be. We lead with the mind, override the body and give the soul whatever is left over.
Eventually, it can become difficult to distinguish our own voice from all the noise.
For many of us, our parents couldn't teach us what they hadn't been taught themselves. But we can learn it now. And we can teach it differently to the generations coming behind us.
For some of us, it is a return.
For others, it can be a foundation.
Coming Back to Yourself
The Inner Alchemy Method works in the opposite direction: seven pillars that restore the connection between mind, body, and soul—and build the capacity to come back to yourself, and to stay there, under pressure.
We will build the capacity to stay present and connected to yourself as you move through the world. You will learn to regulate your nervous system, listen to your body, trust what you hear, and create more space for joy, curiosity and connection.
Because knowing yourself is one thing.
Learning how to stay with yourself is another.
The Seven Pillars of The Inner Alchemy
The Method moves through seven interconnected pillars, each developing a different part of your relationship with yourself.
01
CONNECTION
Come back to yourself.
Before we can hear ourselves, we have to arrive.
Connection brings us back into the present moment and into relationship with ourselves, the natural world and something larger than the constant noise of everyday life.
It is the beginning of remembering: I am here. I belong here.
