Inner Alchemy is for the shape shifters, the women who are doing it all, who are ready to embody a life that truly lights them up. My framework combines coaching and somatic practices so that you can reconnect with the parts of you that you love the most. We focus on grounded truth and embodied action in a framework that will make you feel alive.
Somatic Healing
My custom methodology combines modalities that are deeply healing, from equine therapy to sound healing to breathwork. These are available to you individually. Working with these therapeutics are a wonderful way to satiate your curiosity around somatic healing and to experience breakthroughs that can impact your daily life for the positive.
Integrated Experiences
Through custom experiences such as curated workshops, retreats, and events, we bring a depth that lingers long after the event ends. Through the path of coming back home to myself again and again, I developed a practice that integrates intuitive coaching with somatic therapy, to hold you as you embody the woman you already are inside—with love, safety and trust.
As a 2x business founder who has launched multiple nonprofits and community organizations, I know what it means to be a leader. As a mother of three, I know what it’s like to watch your heart walk outside your body, and how challenging it is to balance work and motherhood. I’ve launched podcasts and built business strategies from the ground up. Throughout my career, I have worked with hundreds of leaders and understand the courage it takes to simply begin.
I also understand the price we pay for ambition and the burnout that comes with being multidimensional. I understand the grit it takes to keep going when that voice inside of you is driving you to create. And I also know what it’s like to change direction when the winds of change come to show you when you’re misaligned
