In a guided meditation, you will have the chance to relax and reset on the darkest day of the year.
Hosted at the beautiful Energie Pilates Studio in Hinsdale, the warm, candlelight setting will amplify the healing vibrations. Bring a yoga mat and pillow for ultimate relaxation. Cost is $44 per person. All are welcome.
