First Yes Workshop

Just because you’re capable of carrying it doesn’t mean you have the capacity to keep carrying it.

And if you’re someone who is really good at getting things done, this can be a hard distinction to make.

You can handle the work deadline, the school email, dinner, the appointment you forgot to schedule and the 14 other things running through your brain.

But eventually, moving through your life at 100 mph starts to feel like it. You’re scattered, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself and maybe a little less patient with the people you love.

This Thursday at 7pm CT, I’m hosting a free workshop to help you come back into connection with yourself.

We’ll talk about nervous system regulation, practice simple breathing tools you can use to reset throughout the day, and learn how to locate a real YES in your body—not the one based on what you should do, but the one that actually feels energizing.

Because the world is going to keep asking things of you. I want you to have the tools to stay connected to yourself inside of it.

Thursday | 7pm CT | FREE

Can’t make it live? Register anyway and I’ll send you the recording. 🤍
